John W. Carroll
Mr. Carroll is a partner in the Harrisburg office of Pepper Hamilton LLP and chairman of the firm’s Environmental Practice Group. He also is a member of the firm’s Sustainability, CleanTech and Climate Change Team. Mr. Carroll joined Pepper in September 1987, after serving three years as chief counsel of the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Resources (DER). His current environmental practice involves litigation, counseling, transactional representation and government relations.
Janaki Rege Catanzarite
Ms. Catanzarite is an associate in the Investment Management and India Practice Groups of Pepper Hamilton LLP. She has a transactional practice and concentrates in private investment fund formation and operations. She has assisted in the development and representation of private investment funds such as hedge funds, private equity fund, venture capital funds and fund-offunds. Ms. Catanzarite has a strong India focus.

Ms. Davis is an attorney in Pepper Hamilton’s Boston office. She has extensive litigation experience in civil, white collar and securities matters. She also served as Associate Legal Counsel in the Office of Governor Mitt Romney, and served as his Energy and Environment Policy Director during his presidential campaign.
Mark DeLuca
Mr. DeLuca is a partner in the Intellectual Property Practice Group of Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Berwyn office. Mr. DeLuca concentrates his practice in all areas of intellectual property, including patent procurement, infringement and validity studies, licensing and intellectual property management. Todd B. Reinstein
Mr. Reinstein is a tax partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP, resident in the Washington office. Mr. Reinstein focuses his practice in three areas of tax law. The first area is advising clients on federal corporate tax law including the overall structuring of taxable and tax-free transactions, deemed asset purchases, shareholder redemptions, stock basis and earnings and profits calculations, eligibility for U.S. manufacturing deduction (IRC Section 199), simplifying corporate structures and minimizing the impact of complex consolidated return issues and tax due diligence.
