Taxpayer-Friendly Changes in Federal Renewable Energy Tax Guidance Document
As discussed previously on the blog, Section 1603 of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Tax Act of 2009 provides for Treasury payments to eligible persons who place in service certain energy property.
